Our premier prayer event. One hundred days of fasting and prayer, with a printable outline of scriptures for each day and live ministry every night.

Your hours: 6am to 6pm, or 4pm to 6am. You choose, in your own time zone.

How we fast together

Each season has its own outline. The way we fast stays the same.

Choose your daily fasting hours in your own time zone, and take only water during them. No gum, juice, coffee or tea.
If you have a health condition or are pregnant and still want to join, include juices, broths, vegetables and fruit.
Set aside television, video games, parties and pointless conversation during your hours, unless school or work requires otherwise.
Meditate on the scriptures provided and pray throughout the day, including at least an hour a day in tongues.
If you are married, do your best to bring your whole family into the fast.
Break your fast each day with communion, as in John 6:53–58.
Join the live broadcast each night, whatever your time zone. If you can’t, watch the replay and pray along.
